Due to the entry into force of the Act Implementing the Second Shareholders’ Rights Directive (ARUG II) on 12 December 2019, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board have drawn up the remuneration report for the 2021 financial year for the first time on the basis of the new regulatory requirements of § 162 Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
